Therapy is the process of working through challenges, that are generally all mixed up in your mind. At Young Minds Psychology we offer a range of psychotherapeutic interventions that focus on emotional, cognitive (thinking), and behavioural well-being.

    For children and teens.

    We provide therapy for children and teens. Whether you just need someone to talk things through with, or are struggling with mental health difficulties, we can provide you with the right support to help you make the changes you want.

    Parenting a child who is struggling with big emotions can be challenging. We provide parenting and co-parenting support to help parents understand each other, their children’s mental health needs, and respond in ways that promote change, emotional well-being, and family harmony.

    We help families find a way to better communicate and improve their relationships. We often work with parents and children/teens individually at first to prepare them for family sessions.
