I am passionate about supporting the mental health of children, youth and families through warmth, collaboration, and the provision of evidence-based treatment. I strive to create a compassionate and non-judgemental space, and I am focused on developing a therapeutic alliance and rapport to explore and navigate challenges. I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each youth, and I meet them wherever they are at.

I am a PhD Candidate in Clinical Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). I have held training positions in assessment and therapy at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and St. Michael's Hospital, working with both youth and adults. In addition to my work at Young Minds, I currently hold a placement position at the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences working with youth with complex mental health needs.

At Young Minds Psychology, I provide therapy services for children and youth, parent coaching, and parent-child dyadic work to help strengthen relationships and support healthy family functioning. My treatment approach is integrative and draws from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and emotion focused family therapy (EFFT).
