Supervised Practice
I am a clinical and school psychologist who provides treatment and assessment services to children and adolescents. I further provide parent/guardian consultation and support.
I have a wide range of diverse clinical experiences working with children, adolescents, and parents/guardians. I have worked extensively with youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety, and depression. I also treat and assesses attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), behavioural challenges, and emotional dysregulation.
I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming clinical space where clients and their families can feel at ease. My treatment approach is evidence-based and integrative. I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT-informed), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and emotion-focused family therapy (EFFT).
In addition to my work at Young Minds Psychology, I also provide assessment and consultation services within the Toronto District School Board.
