Clinical Associate
I am completing my final paper for my Master's degree in psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and have been part of the team at Young Minds Psychology since 2023. I work primarily with children and adolescents, as I believe young people benefit from having a space where they can feel and express their thoughts and emotions freely. My practice draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed skills, emotion-focused work, and play-based therapy. I also offer parenting support for caregivers who want to feel more confident helping their children at home. Rather than fitting a client to any one model, I tailor my approach to the individual in front of me, recognizing each child and family as having their own history, strengths, and feelings. I provide services under the supervision of licensed Clinical Psychologists.
