Doctoral Resident
I enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and their parents by recognizing that every child has their own unique developmental path and life experiences. I strive to create a collaborative, supportive environment where children can build confidence and families feel supported.
I am a Psychology Resident working under the supervision of Registered Psychologists, providing assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and parents. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide an evidence-based approach that is tailored to each individual's unique needs.
I am currently completing my PhD in School and Applied Child Psychology at Western University and hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Western University.
